Building Permits
Building, or construction, permits are required for most construction in the City. Plumbing, electrical, and mechanical permits may also be necessary and are separate from the construction permit.2009 I-Codes effective as of July 1, 2010
All permit applications received on and after July 1, 2010 must comply with the 2009 I-Codes.
